Lions Cup AAA+

Riihimäki, Finland. May 5th to May 7th 2016. Last weekend was a very special one for me. I was invited to play for team Nordic Hockey Academy at the Lions Cup AAA+ in Riihimäki, Finland. After winning our first game against Espoo Blues from Finland 3:2, we lost our second game against Flemingsbergs from Sweden 2:3. The second day started with a 9:0 victory against Karhu-Kissat from Finland. Then we won 5:3 against Pelicans from Finland and ended with a 6:6 tie against Rögle from Sweden which qualified us to play in the finals. Unfortunately we lost the final against Flemingsbergs 4:7. Nevertheless it was a great experience to compete against Europe's best teams. Looking forward seeing you again boys...
